I agree to the following "Terms of Night Owl Service":
- Elcon Electric's Night Owl Service (NOS) is a free and voluntary exterior lighting maintenance program.
- NOS visually inspects the facility's exterior lighting for basic functionality.
- NOS inspections will be performed every other month at a time and date of Elcon's choosing.
- Customer agrees to inform security guards of NOS program.
- Customer agrees to allow Elcon to number all poles to ensure correct identity.
- After inspections, Elcon will report to Customer all fixtures not working properly.
- Elcon Electric will perform repairs only after being instructed by Customer.
- Customer or Elcon may cancel NOS at any time.
