Elcon's Purchasing Department is responsible for procurement relating
to all projects. All materials, lot buy-outs, equipment purchases and rentals
are handled by the team to ensure that each project receives the most
productive, cutting-edge materials available to complete the project
tasks. This department is a profit center responsible for annual
expenditures averaging over $6,000,000.
Jill Mathison studied Business Management at Broward
Community College and Florida Atlantic University. She has 12 years'
experience in the construction industry, starting out as an Administrative
Assistant, promoted to Office Manager, Project Manager, and ultimately to
her current position as Purchasing Manager. Jill completed the
Certified Purchasing Management Program at FAU, is active in CASF and ABC
(current Co-Chairperson on Board of ABC's Women's Council).
